FAQ

Are you available in my area?

Right now, we are only able to service the Brazos Valley and immediate surrounding areas.

Specifically, we provide service in Bryan, College Station, and Wellborn.

If you want to be sure whether we service your address, request a quote and we'll be happy to answer your questions.

How do you keep my family safe?

Your safety is our top priority.

  • Before beginning work, we disinfect all of our footwear and equipment with kennel-grade disinfectant.

  • Our initial consultation familiarizes you with our field agents so that you know who to expect at your home.

  • Our initial consultation also familiarizes our field agents with the gates and fences on your property so that we know how to keep everything secure.

  • Each time we visit your property we send you an email to remind you that your route is being serviced that day.

  • While at your home we do not enter your house, and we make sure none of the gates or doors remains open.

  • Each time we leave your property we send you an email with a photograph of the closed gate.

Shoot straight... how much is this going to cost me?

Most residential backyard lawns can be cleaned for $35 per week. This includes one visit each week servicing a typical residential yard with 1 or 2 dogs. There are additional costs for additional visits (more than once per week), larger yards, multiple dogs, properties outside the city limits, or other complications. Request your quote to confirm your price.

Do I need to be there while you work?

No, after our initial consultation, our weekly services are performed whether you are present or not. This does mean that we have to be able to access the yard while you're gone.

If for some reason our service agent is not able to access your yard, we will skip service that time and pull "double doody" on our next visit. We will also contact you to resolve any obstacles our service agent encountered.

Can my pet be in the yard while you work?

Yes! Provided that your animal friend is polite and well-behaved, we are happy to service the yard while they are present. If our service agent feels unsafe, we will skip service that day and pull "double doody" the next time we visit. If there's a problem, we'll get in touch with you ASAP to work out a solution.

What exactly do you do?

For our weekly service, we visit your property once a week, sometime during our service day. The specific time depends on your position on our route, and other factors. You will receive an email when we begin your route for the day.

For our one-time cleanup, we will schedule the best time for us to arrive so that we can service your yard before your event... but not too long before.

In either case, while we are on your property, disinfecting our footwear and equipment. We carefully survey the area to be cleaned and collect any pet droppings. The waste is collected we take it with us when we leave. When we are ready to leave, we photograph the gate we used to enter, verifying that it is closed and secured. We send this picture to you, notifying you that we're finished.

Do you bill monthly, or weekly?

For regular cleanings, we bill monthly before beginning service.

When you make a payment, it is for the upcoming service, not for service already performed.

For ad hoc cleanings, we will send you an invoice when the work is finished.

How do you handle holidays?

We do not scoop at all on the following days:
- New Year's Eve

- New Year's Day

- Memorial Day

- The 4th of July

- Thanksgiving Day

- Christmas Eve

- Christmas Day

If your service day falls on one of these holidays, we will move your service to another day in the same week. We will try to shift your day earlier in the week, rather than later, so you don't have an unusual accumulation over the holiday, but we can't always make that work. If for some reason, we cannot fit your service elsewhere in the week at all, we will refund you the cost of the missed visit.
